Urica Baker-Cron is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, DC where she earned an MBA with a Finance Concentration.  For the past 18 years, she has been a proven finance professional with extensive experience in forecasting and planning, SaaS analysis and tracking, Cost Analysis as well as Software product pricing.  She currently works for IBM as a Pricing and Investment Analyst.

Urica has served as treasurer and also secretary on the Oxford Crossing Condominium Association Board of Directors for over four (4) years.  This board has been instrumental in establishing a balanced budget and funded reserve account as well as making several community improvements such as beautification, perimeter fencing to improve security, playground update and social activities for school age children; all while keeping monthly dues flat over the 4 years.

In her spare time she generally spends time with family or engage in activities she absolutely love – reading and sporting events such as tennis, baseball and local golf.   Additionally, she dedicates time to Montgomery County, Maryland 4H where she volunteers at the club level and with the county fair, as well as lead the Reading Buddies program at the local library.

Urica currently, lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with her husband and daughter (a college student).
