KDF LAUNCHES CARIBBEAN HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

June/July 2022 - The Karen Dale Foundation completed the soft-launch of its Caribbean High School Scholarship Program to provide support through academic scholarships and mentorship, for high performing Primary School students who need assistance to get to and complete High School.

The program is currently open to graduating St. Ann's Bay Primary School students who are planning to attend High School in the academic year following their graduation.

The inaugural group of scholars were announced during an Award Ceremony held by the St. Ann's Bay Primary School in St. Ann's Bay, St. Ann, Jamaica, on July 15, 2022. Our Founder and President was on-hand to make the announcement in person.

Each student was awarded a 1 Year Scholarship of $150 USD, to be used towards tuition, fees, and other school supplies. The scholarship award was paid directly to the high schools, and may be renewed each year, based on need, academic performance and active participation in school.
